Small cook yesterday. 10 racks 235-250 range. Oak and pecan wood. 2-2-1 with the bbq rub and the bbq sauce from Malcolm Reed. -

I can get white oak in south Florida and was wondering if anyone uses it and how it compairs to box store hickory chunks? Here are a few pics of what I got today.- bhelton

Where to buy wood
I'm in Naples Florida and down here we don't have hickory, apple, or cherry trees. Where can I order wood for my smoker. The big box stores have chips and chunks. Are chunks and charcoal enough?- bhelton
