2 quarts apple juice
2 cups white vinegar
2 pounds sugar
½ pound brown sugar
1 cup salt
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Accent (MSG)
28 grams phosphates

It was very hard to push the meat out of my sausage stuffer into the casings through the small stuffer tube. Is there any trick, other than adding more water?
