    Tips on making a fantastic pork roast?

    Hey y'all, I ve been reading tips on  cooking pork roasts, but haven't seen specifically what temp is the best for an electric smoker and what to put on or in the roast before cooking, any ideas or tried and true recipes out there??? Thanks so much for any help. Bearpaw

    New to SMF, hi y'all from Murrayvile, Ga.

    My husband and I have had a wood smoker and a charcoal one in the past, never really got into smoking that much, seemed too much trouble and took too long, but he's retired now and has more time so we just invested in a 4 rack, electric, Masterbuilt smoker and are looking forward to all the tips...
