X2! I have seen Solar Yellow's setup and tasted several things he cooked on it at last year's NCSMF gathering. You are not likely to find better, IMHO. Good luck!
I'll be stopping by for a visit or two (and bringing a few goodies) but the wife and I probably won't be there on Sat night. The family planned a gathering the same weekend to celebrate our oldest son's and his wife's upcoming parenthood.

Hey folks. Scott, I just saw the dates for this years gathering. Terrie and I will be there for sure, and she's already agreed to make biscuits for Sat. morning. I'm without a smoker at the moment, but hope to have a new UDS ready by then. If so I'll bring a little something to go in them...
x2 on both suggestions! I would be absolutely lost without my maverick; lets me smoke for long periods w/o opening the smoker. The temp control Dave suggested works great too. A slight disadvantage is that you have to monitor the temp and may have to make slight adjustments to keep the temp...
Great job Dan! I did my first Eye Round two weeks ago. I over cooked it (went to 160*) and had to slice it by hand, but it was quite tasty all the same. Hopefully I'll get the next one more like yours.
