    They don't need low and slow. I do mine at 275 and have remote probe in. Go to 165 IT. I have also wanted to know time but have learned there are to many variables. So don't go by time but I think minr took 1.5 to 2 hours. I went with 275 instead of 300 as I wanted a little more time leeway.

    Got photos of pizza before it was all gone. The one I put in the Mak warmer box while the other one baked. It's crust is a little browner. Can adjust for that. The taste was very good. Defiantly different than the oven. The light smoke flavor was great.

    Review of chamber vacuum sealer, Vacmaster vp112

    Got mine in and have done one seal session with it so far. Really like the way it works. Vacuumed some chicken. Neat to watch it srink up when done. Will try to post some photos next time. Want to try doing something with liquid. Thanks Lisa. It was worth the wait

    I dont know how to SMOKE BACON???

    My wife did a bacon weave like for a fatty then cut it in 4 squares. I smoked them and she puts them on hamburgers. She loves them. If momma is happy, everyone can be happy. I want to try some bbb. But it is good to learn as you go. Wondering what a fatty would be like with that.
