    ThermoPro TP20 Cusstomer Service.

    I just wanted to give a shout out to the Customer Service at ThermoPro. One of my probes went out. I called them and told them I needed a new probe. They shipped me one no questions asked. Great to have a good Customer Service department to deal with. I really like the TP20 unit.

    RIBS AND TATERS--QVIEW-AMAZINGLY GOOD!!!

    Well I just had to try the MES 30 again. They were the best to date. The wife likes them nearly falling off the bone and moist. Both of the criteria were met. I did 3-2.5-30. I definitely will do the next batch the same. Bon Appetite.

    FIRST RIBS FROM MY MES30.

    This is my first attempt at smoking ribs. I used my MES30 and the 3-2-1 method. They tasted even better than they look.
