Yes, I feel like Im starting it correctly. The more answers im getting is that its just burning really clean smoke and its not as visible as what you see on smoke mode. When i run smoke mode i usually run it on p4/p5 and clearly see smoke rollin from the smoker. Just not much smoke or smoke...
Smokinadam. I use treager brand pellets. I get great taste results on smoke mode. Just zero smoke on cook mode. If i want to cook for long hours
