    I guess it would've helped if I'd given more details. 2 butts were a little over 9 pounds and the other is 5.  Using Kingsford and cherry.  I've been able to keep the temps in the 225-250 range.  I just foiled the 5 pounder and the 2 9's have another 5 degrees to go until they get the foil. ...
