If it goes in super easy you should be done. I usually pull them at 205 but sometimes they are ready before that. A good test is try and move it just a little and if it starts falling apart its definitely done.
Post some pics we all like to drool!

Dutch,
Just wanted to say thank you for the post. I will be doing this in the next few days and I can get 100+ dollar DO's for about 15 to 20. Amazing write up and tips.
Thank you!!
Doug
Luckily we are a bit further south and west than where the storm hit. Its fairly temperate here. A bit chilly in the winter and a bit hot in the summer but overall not too bad. Typically the worst we get are some really bad thunderstorms.
Oh boy that is gonna be good. Did you use the oven for convenience? PP is one of my absolute favorite things. You can do so much with it including using it to add to ground beef for burgers etc.. Pork Rules!
ok I will play it safe. I'd prefer to get a license anyhow as some of the money does go to keeping wildlife happy and conserving land. I like wildlife it tastes good.
Looks like a fun trip. Im not very fond of camping in the cold. Haven't done it since I was younger and climbed Mt. Shasta.. Got over being in the cold on that trip. 2 days on a glacier and I decided that was not for me..
