First try on Baby Back Ribs and Smoked Mac & Cheese

Regardless of the wonderment on the above questions, the end goal of mouth watering, lip smacking, super tender and juicy, fall off the bone ribs and that is exactly what I got. I kept them on till the IT was 205 (will pull at 200 IT next time). Cooked at 225 for 5.5 hours, them bumped it too...

The Pulled Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich: An Experiment

Looks super good. I love me some bacon, egg, and cheese on a muffin or biscuit. This puts McDonald's stuff to shame every second of the day. Yummy!

    Brisk morning for some brisket

Looks great. I love my brisket at that tenderness myself. It looks like I can dive right into the pic and grab a piece. Point worth for sure

First try on Baby Back Ribs and Smoked Mac & Cheese

NOW FOR THE TROUBLE SHOOTING PORTION All help and comments will be super appreciated Have an issue with final IT taking much longer than the 1-ish hour of the 3-2-1, or 2-2-1 When I pulled them after 2 hours in foil, the IT was already at 195 in center, and 200 towards end. This time it...

First Turkey - Test before the holiday.

Thanks for the point. I have my fingers crossed that I can make one as good on TG day. I may even have to head over to co-workers home when they cut into the one I make for them

How long to Smoke 10# of Turkey

My 13lb. at 250 took 5.5 hours to get to IT 165 in the breast. The temperature outside was mid to upper 40's during the cook with minimal wind. My pellet pooper is insulated, but I don't think that will do much on the cook time, just help on the pellet consumption

First Turkey - Test before the holiday.

That is definitely a big bird. I don't even thing it would fit on my pellet pooper in one piece. I would probably have to part it out as well. Great price on the turkeys, the ones at my local store were still up over $1.20 as they hadn't goner on sale yet. I was just to afraid if i waited, I...
