    Well that's the funny thing...what you see is what you get. 8 got packed up and hauled off the the other six are vacu paked in my freezer. The last pic they are back out of the foil just firming up a bit.

    Dry Ice on the bottom with a something in between the dry ice and the meat and overnighted to the other end. I will probably use a piece of cardboard cut to size and some of the small shipping "pillows" (small plastic bags of air, don't know what there real name is) that are used in packing...

    Can you get thicker bags? Seems like I occasionally have problems with the bones on ribs poking through.

    Gonna get some Dry ice and use an Omaha Steaks cooler that I held onto. Never done it before, but that has never stopped me before! I vacuum packed and froze them last night.

    Thought I'd post a couple pics of today's smoke. 14 racks of BB's 2-2.25 lbs. each smoked on the Traeger. 2-2-.5 used Traeger Pecan pellets. 8 went to a party earlier this evening and 6 are going to be shipped to Sis-n-law and family. Thanks for looking,

    Lets see or hear about the tax refund purchases.

    Used to use it as a forced savings and even felt a bit patriotic about it...but that feeling has changed as well. We simply take that money each year and slug on debt, hope to be debt free very soon...maybe in 10 if things go right. I see us witholding much less in the coming years.

    Weed burner when I'm around the house, Olive oil and paper towel in the chimney when I camp, and diesel if I'm at the in-laws.
