Well I am glad we fired up the Yoder to get a cook in on Saturday because the rest of the weekend and today have been blizzard like conditions again in the Dakotas.
Bought some nice thick cut ribeyes that I seasoned with a light coat of garlic roasted olive oil and Tatonka Dust and had them...
They did a little but I lost the crisp when I had to transfer them to the crockpot for the travel time. It did however prevent the rubbery skin texture this way.
Thanks, I drink the cheap beer so I can afford to drink more and buy more meat!! LOL
