You will love this thing !! I love mine. It takes some minor mods and tweeking - but WOW - this thing is a monster. I think the WOW factor will kick in when you take it out of the box and put the legs on it. Take some pics and post them when you get it up and running.

Welcome ---- Get that smoker out of the box and fired up. I spend a lot of time in Maine during the summer at a Campground and use an old Charbroil Bullet Smoker that I received new in a box from a relative that had it stored away forever.

I felt the same pain a couple years ago when I went with my son to pick up my Webber Genisis for grillin. We got it home and as we picked up the "top heavy" grill -- over it went.
It broke the belly pan and snapped the hinges off the cover. My heart sank.
I called Webber and they felt sorry...

Wow !!! That looks great !! I had some thoughts of stuffing one with broccoli - cheese and some bread crumbs -- I love the addition of the rice.
