I've decided to foil this time. Since I am doing 8 butts could I use the aluminum disposable pans. Should hold two each and foil them? Would that work about as well as individual foiling?
How much pulled pork will this finishing sauce "finish". I am getting ready to smoke 8 butts. Using this as suggested as a finishing sauce, how much of this do I need to make? I made one batch and it filled a cheapo ketchup bottle about 2/3rds of the way. Don't think that will be anywhere near...

Well. let's see...today is Thursday so I'm a real estate appraiser. On Sundays & Wednesdays I'm a pastor and on Friday nights during football season I am the play by play announcer at a local radio station. Seems like with all that talent I could find a real job!
I've looked at Todd's smokers but frankly don't feel like there is enough information for me to make a decision. Do you light them or are they just another "holder" of chips, etc.? I saw that some use saw dust. Is it because they smoke at a lower temp?
