Just a few items for Super Bowl.
Chicken thighs some skinned all rubbed in Jeff's rub recipe. The aluminum foil thing was my attempt at a smoke pack. The bad news, I didn't know that my AMAZIN Tube was sitting in the mail box.

On the smoker at 1:00 am. Cooker at 232 degrees. Outside temp 28 degrees.
After 4 hours. Sprayed them with apple juice. Meat temp about 150.
