The floor is framed in and we will be starting on the walls next.
The floor side rails have been cut at an angle, this will allow me to pull the unit with the tractor much like a sled.
I want to keep things simple at first... pulled pork and smoked cheeses. The wife really enjoys cast iron cooking so hopefully we will also be able to smoke up some baked beans too!!
