Excellent build you got going. Built one simular a few years ago myself. The materials do add up during the build but in the end you got yourself a 3 to 4 grand smoker for the fraction of the cost. And it will be efficient as heck. Able to do 8 plus hour smokes on one bag of lump on mine...
I cooked three 10lbs butts last friday night for a graduation party. Cooked them in a Stumps Clone at 225. Wrapped them when they hit around 165-170. One took 12 hours and the other two around 14-15 hours.
Built one about 4 yrs ago myself. Most efficient smoker I ever had or built. Added a homemade temperature controller couple yrs ago and now it's pretty much a set it and forget it.

Had the urge to do some smoking today, but my little six pound brisket flat looks a little lonely in the Stumps Clone this morning. Sunday brisket day.
