    Typically it's separated and the juice added back to the meat. I haven't nor have I seen anyone mention adding back any fat.

    Great post. I've lived in the Midwest of Ohio (home state), the mountains of West by God Virginia, and now South Carolina. Believe it or not, everywhere is different, but that's what makes it awesome.

    Here they are! I didn't foil,spritz, or put sauce on them. I wanted to try ribs just thrown and forgot about. They turned out good. I prefer less bark so I will foil them next time and add sauce. Thanks for looking.
