I agree it dosent take much. I Use celery seed in some of my recipes. 5/8 t of seeds ground per 5lb is enough to tell its present, almost overpower other spices. If not ground it seems to have a more mellow presence when the seeds are bitten into.
I have had two separate tripping issues. One was drippings built up on the element and the other was an element gone bad. I'm sure others will chime in to give you a more detailed troubleshooting
Looked great as is but that would make a good meal too. We often do potatoes with our pot roast but the pear onions, I never thought of that. That will be my next veg with my roast.
Definately rabbit there! The swamp rabbits we kill are usually almost twice the size of average cotton tails. We have family swamp land with farming fields attached. Great rabbit hunting and eating.
After researching it appears to be a Paula Deen Speckled Red spoon. I have several utensil with identical handles. No telling where she got them, she was always in the right place to find items "needed" lol

Asking around, I haven't found anyone that made roux with rice flour. Link below confirmed by several it makes a nice roux. Hope this helps.

I vote LEM, I currently have a MEAT. It stuffs good but has leaked meat pass the gasket sun I purchased and they never made it good. Last MEAT purchase for me.
