Well bypassed the ash bin switch and the fan is working, too late for this cook. I have mixed emotions on the fix. Started looking at reqtecs already...haha. Probably a good thing, found out the pool liner is totally shot, pool led lights are fried...looking like a $7-10K month -

yeah Keith, My MB800 decided to not work today, fans won't come on. Trying to find the bypass thread now. At least I got the kettle snake going for the ribs and charro beans. Maybe I go to the "dark side" and get a pellet????? -

just tossed my beans on the smoker, added some grilled pineapple to the mix. My MB800 gravity feed decided to die today, so on to the kettle with ribs they went. -

I have been using the Ball mix but it has been discontinued. How was the Mrs. Wages if you used it. Did it need pickle crisp added to it? I know I can probably get a recipe and do it from scratch, but why reinvent the wheel. Any recommendations of other products or what you like to do would... -
