    Ditto on the Bass Pro. I purchased the wide body model Friday for $199. I had no idea what I was missing! I had the WalMart model I purchased in 2005. Small water pan, small wood box. This thing is HUGE! I would strongly recommend the Bass Pro model. http://tinyurl.com/y86ze8b

    I wanted to thank everyone for sharing their thoughts. They've all been very helpful. My cook over the weekend utilized many of the techniques discussed here. I was able to maintain consistent heat and minimize white smoke. It sure builds your confidence when you use tried and true methods...

    Thanks for the complements and for the points, GOT14U. As for the stuffing, I can't take credit...the wife stuffed `em up. The stuffing consisted of Italian sausage, green onions, parsley, onions, sun dried tomatoes, Louisiana Cajun Seasoning and a handful of Kraft mixed 5 Italian cheeses...
