HA! It's a good thing the smoke smell doesn't get into the beer on the top shelf--not that a good Rauchbier isn't good but smoke is not good with all styles. Welcome to the bacon crazies group! -
Another New Guy Who Got a Smoker for Christmas!
Congrats! and might as well start modding it up with a needle valve to dial down the propane to make your smoking sessions more enjoyable.. the needle valve itself or this (Dirt's picture). There is lots of mod threads when I did a search to read. -

14lb Packer Brisket for $8?
I am sorry but that is not right. Especially since it says "beef chuck riblet rack" on the tag...somebody switched a price tag or it was errantly put on the brisket. Did you ask the meat department if that was accurate... no .. you knew it wasn't. It is not the morally right thing to do in...- bena
