BRITU rub. Anyone ever try it??

I have friends that are allergic to MSG. 3. I used raw sugar in place of the processed version. I like the flavor of the...

    BRITU ribs, couldn't resist

2 hours in. Ready for foil. Little Apple juice, butter, and clover honey. Wrap it up and back on the smoker. Ribs smell great. You can smell the chili in the rub. Looking forward to tasting these babies!!

    Exchange with Beer-B-Q

Jack Stack is one of my all time favorite places to eat. They can do wonders with beef ribs. Always have their rub around for when I do Dinos.

BRITU rub. Anyone ever try it??

We will know in a few hours. I tasted the rub before putting it on. It was not near as spicy as I thought it would be. Had a very nice flavor to it. I'll keep you posted.

Wasn't going to fire up the smoker this weekend. The family is in Dallas for the weekend and I'm left to fend for myself. As usual, this forum got the mouth to watering and I couldn't resist. Nice thing about a Traeger, easy to fire up and it is always TBS. Had some BB waiting their turn on the...

My neighbor does the whole thing in the smoker. It is great. Takes a bit longer than grilling but seems to be worth the effort.
