Very nice job. The only thing that would concern me would be juices getting on the wood and soaking in. Would be hard to clean off and might start molding. I'd almost put some aluminum foil lining on the walls to ease with the cleaning process.
It's not posting because you keep getting logged out? You using IE or FIrfox browser? You tried clearing all your temp internet files and cookies? Rebooted?
Got a couple messages wanting to know what seasonings I used. I like a light coating of olive oil then a good shake of Cavender's Greek seasoning. We love this stuff on steak, chicken, and chops!
