Price on pork bellies?
Was wanting to try making some bacon, but cant find anywhere to buy bellies. I did find one butcher about 25 miles away that can order them, but says that they are $4.00 a pound and the minimum quantity that he can get is 2 bellies that weight 8-10 pounds each. I don't think I wanna drop $80 on...- darrin

Anyone have DirecTV HD w/ DVR?
Thinking of dumping Time Warner Cable. The HD channels are all the time freezing or have a lot of artifacts. Anyone have any experience with DirecTV with HD? I had DirecTV years ago and liked it at the time.- darrin

Chicken Wings with Qview
My first attempt at smoked wings. Turned out pretty darn good. Although I did overcook them a little and I'm going to smoke at a lesser temp next time. I had it between 300* - 325*. Took em off and covered in Louisiana hot sauce and melted butter mixture and dipped in Blue Cheese. Yum!!! -

Pepperoni and mozzarella Fatty with Qview
Made a simple pepperoni and mozzarella fatty yesterday. Wife is not a fan of any veggies. Used turkey pepperoni which is pretty awesome. Not as greasy as regular and tastes just as good. Of course had to wrap in bacon. Letting rest a few minutes. Great taste for such a simple fatty. -

Walmart has RO lump fro $4.00 a bag on clearance here. I guess they are not going to be stocking it anymore. What sucks *** is they are the only ones that carry it around here. Might wanna check your local wally world and stock up!!- darrin
