    I guess they are some expensive, WOW. They have the same propane torch I start my fire with listed for $50.00 dollars. I bought mine at a Harbor Freight store for $19.95 this year.

    I have one, its a TS250. Meadow Creek builds a very solid smoker. All Stainless Steel cooking racks, easy to clean. One thing I can say is they are built solid and clean. Quality smokers !! Not sure what questions you have on them but you can message me with them if you want.

    My First Jerky - SUCCESS!

    Your jerky looks good !!  I have some of the same jerky screens and really like them. I found if I spray them with some non stick spray they clean up quicker.

    If you are looking for chunks I would cut slices with a wood band saw then split with the grain to get small chunks.
