This will be my third smoke and first chicken. I made this brine below but I changed the sugar for dark brown sugar. If anyone has any good rub recipes to match up with this brine please reply. And here's a pic of the bird going in the fridge untill tomm.

It's actualy really easy and suprise suprise made with minute rice. This was my first time trying it and it turned out awesome here's the recipe I used. The only thing I did different is I added a small can of peas an carrots.
