    When I did mine the lid warped a bit in the burn out of the tank and it wouldn't close all the way I ended up re-bending the lid a bit with some heavy duty all-thread. There are also some claps you can get to clamp the lid down http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/for...ad.php?t=90171

    So after building this baby I'm having a lot of requests from people to build them smokers, even have a rib catering guy down the road asking me to build him a bigger one on a trailer. So what do ya guys think would be a fair price to sell a reverse flow like the one I've made above?

    How long does the temp stall usually last on pork butts? I had three 7lb butts and cut them in half and they've been in over 5 hours at a steady 225 degrees and they've been sitting at 148 degrees for well over an hour. Think they will be ready in the next 4 hours to serve? God I sure hope so...
