Great looking start to the day...I hope your smoke runs smooth for you. Im chomping at the bit here, about one more week till I can wake up with a coffee and a fire as its still a bit too cold here yet. Looking forward to some more qview. -
Horizonal Offset Smoker Mods
Awesome info!! I was wondering, being a rookie smoker with an offset model, if the hole from the firebox to the smoke chamber would be a problem but the easy solution with a baffle provided here made me feel dumb for not thinking of it myself!!! lol. Tuning plates are on the list too now.- jack3608

Thanks Les. My offset is a BRAND NEW GrillPro model with a few mods I bought from a customer for only $30!!!! I was doing electrical work out of town and was helping him move this out of the way...I joked that he could move it into my truck and he said," sure, for 30 bucks....my sister moved... -
