    i did get one from there.(horizon ridge) this one i got at the pahrump mexican meat market. i thought it was going to be hella fatty but it didnt turn out too bad!!

    I started with a 100% pure all angus beef, home made bacon, portabella mushrooms, grilled onions, tomato, and jalapenoes!!!!! Yummy!!!

    well after 8 hrs of smelling the meat cooking, here is it...it tasted 1000 times better than it looks. its sooo good! its real juicy and moist!! thanks for lookin!!

    ok at 2 hrs: and at 3 hrs: temp on treager is 225 and 153 on the meat.

    ok so i went to sams today and got this 14lb beef chuck roll. so i made some of bobs rub...(eman) and rubbed one out. forgot to take a pic after i rubbed her out. and wrapped her up. i need help figuring out to smoke on the traeger or uds......decisions, decisions!!
