    Hybrid smoker, first build.

I am having a hard time trying figure out how this is going to work. Looking at the pics I see the smokestacks on each end. Then I see the mockup with the warmer box hanging on the end. Will the warmer be mounted in such a way that it will clear the stacks?

I need help to decide on my team name

I like the Smokin Up The Nieghborhood. It never fails when I fire up the smoker, that it draws my neighbors out and they come over. Don't know about a logo. Puffs of smoke rolling past houses?

An old smoker gets moved over to a big boy trailer.

Still busy at work. I took off the Saturday after thanksgiving and smoked 2 fatties and 30 abt's for one of my friends birthday parties. Got some brisket and butt I froze in single serve size that I have been eating. Only a couple more left, so I need to squeeze in a smoke real bad. I would...

    My First Build

That handle is so awesome, so awesome I didn't even notice the welds. You can always do like I do, build up the weld and grind away till it looks like it was all molded together. It's looking real good so far.

    Too hot on firebox end!!

If you can get a pan of water that will take up most of the area near the fire box, it will keep that end from getting so hot. The water will absorb the heat, but only get up to the boiling point of the water. I used to do that on my Brinkman before I made the major overhaul and turned it into...
