    OK my IT on the Prime Rib is 125 pulled it off foiled and let it sit sliced it and OMG Next I pulled the Ham off the smoker That will have to wait until tomorrow if I can keep my hands out of it And for dinner tonight we are have Prime Rib, asparagus , baked potato
