    Making burgers.. How??

I forget which show I was watching but one guy had a reasonable explanation for that. He said that on a grill the fat from your meat drips into the fire and burns up. On the stainless steel flat griddle the fat has nowhere to go except back into the burger. Made sense to me but I still grill...

    Anybody Seen This?

I was just checking out this guys site, pretty cool idea. I've always thought the best benefit of cooking on a rotisserie is the fact that because the meat is constantly being rotated it is self basting itself all the while. Since the ribolater isn't actually rotating the meat in the same way do...

Coolest Card Trick You'll Ever See!!!

Simple. He unclasps his hands then when the camera is not on him he clasps them from the other direction making it possible to turn them up. I watched it very closely cause it was buggin me also. In other words cross your wrists and clasp your hands with your thumbs facing up, then simply rotate...

    *Official* Easter ham thread

It's pretty easy really. I pre heat it to about 240ish then stick the cloves into the ham while it's warming up. Since the ham is pre-cooked your only really warming it up and not cooking it so be careful not to leave it in too long and let it dry out. 3-4 hours usually does the trick for me...

Not only that, it also paid for itself as it's own advertisement. Gotta love that! I'll be getting my premier membership as soon as I can get out of the current rut I'm in. But I had decided that well before this thread came up.

    When Grandma Goes To Court

Lawyers should never ask a Mississippi grandma a question if they aren't prepared for the answer. In a trial, a Southern small-town prosecuting attorney called his first witness, a grandmotherly, elderly woman to the stand. He approached her and asked, 'Mrs. Jones, do you know me?' She...
