I really need to build one of these.I was looking on ebay and some of the kits come with a 5 pound tank. How long will this last before you have to fill it again?I would like to have a tank big enough where I wouldn't have to fill to often.
Hello everyone,
I was wondering where you guys order your high temp cheese from?I have only bought a pound at a time from my butcher.I would like to maybe buy ten pounds at a time to save some cash.

Hi everyone,
I was wanting to know if any of you have piped out the exhaust from a bradley smoker.A friend of mine just bought one and has it in his barn and would like to smoke in there. He said he tried to pipe it out a window with a little pipe to just give it a test run and it did not...
Thanks sniltz,
I guess I am new to finishing sauce.I thought it would thicken up quite a bit and be more like a store bought bbq sauce,or did I do something wrong?
HDsmoke,
I think you will enjoy it.I have never been much of eating venision, without it being made into summer sausage or jerky or what ever. But I think it just has to be cooked right.I really enjoyed that backstrap I made a couple weeks ago.I helped a friend skin and bone out a deer last...
