Hinges
What is everyone using for hinges on their builds? I am in the process of building a 250 gal. offset and really don't care for the hinges I'm using. They're 3/4" pipe with 3/4" structural bolts, they work just seem a little sloppy. Would appreciate any pics or thoughts of hinges. Would...- jake

Mounting a Smoker on Trailer
I am in the process of building a offset smoker that is 24" x 48" with a 24" x 20" firebox, now this thing weighs around 900 lbs. and I want to mount it on a trailer, my question, I don't know how wide to make my trailer. I don't want it so wide that I can't reach the back of the smoker but not...- jake

SHHHHHHHHHHHhrooms are out folks!!!!!!!!!
They've been out here in central Ohio for about a week or so now. Been eating them with fresh Crappie, venison steaks and BBQ. I also find them here in my backyard, what a break!
