Local store had spair ribs on sale so I picked up 6 racks.
Marinade the ribs over night.
Now time to go on the smoker I finished the day be for and seasoned that night.
Will be using cherry wood for the cook.
Smoker doing well with good clean smoke.
Time to wrap in foil with some Apple...
The smoker worked as plan. Good smoke and good temperature. Once hot had less then 5 degrees from side to side ,but when heating up could be as much as 20 degrees.
Here the ribs I cooked today for the first cook on the smoker. I will do a full form on today's cook later tonight after church...
