What was your final total cook time? I'm doing a pair of 10lb butts this weekend and am thinking I will give myself 24 hours and start Sat at noon to be ready Sun by noon and then keep warm or rewarm for dinner.
Received my 733 yesterday and am excited to try it out tomorrow in a pork shoulder. Probes were bang on with each other when I calibrated today. They read 36 in ice water and 205 in boiling water (I'm at 3500' elevation). Ridiculous how excited I get with new smoking toys. 128515

Thanks guys, I'm loving it. Ribs cooked faster than expected on Sunday but I'll learn and adjust for next time. I've got a pork shoulder in the freezer so that will probably be next.
