They ones not foiled were great. The one foiled were good too. The foiled ones were juicier. I got heavy handed with the cayenne pepper. They came out spicy. I love spicy though. They had a good smoke ring. Here is a pic of the not foiled.

This is the first time I have smoked chicken. I used Apple wood and cooked them at 275. It took about 2 hours. I also tried bacon wrapped sausage. The chicken came out good and juicy and the sausage was great.
