I'm new here to the forum and to smoking as well. I'm looking to purchase/build my first smoker within the next few weeks. I'm leaning heavily towards building a mini-wsm at the moment. Certainly wanting to stay in the charcoal realm. My names Matt and I live in the Northeast GA mountains...
