Newbie from CT checking in...

Well I had to break down and get a smoker and started with a Pit Barrel Cooker as my first smoker. I did my first batch last week and had a few hiccups but everything came out incredible! Currently looking for some Marinade recipes to inject into some pork for this weekend so I can wow...
