Made some cheddar bacon brats to put on my smoker tomorrow. This is my first try at doing this but I think they came out fine. I ground the meat with spices and stuffed my own brats.
First time posting in a while, been sick the past year. Anyway doing some turkey thighs and was wondering about the IT of them. I have seen anywhere from 165 to 180. What does everyone think? I obviously do not want them raw and yet not so tough you need the jaws of life to cut into them...
Using my wireless meat probe for the first time. I like the brand (morpilot) but one of their lower cost models. I figure if i like this one ill step up to a better class one. Wish me luck #teriyakipork
