Found this site. They have a very extensive list of woods. I've never heard of using Grape, Persimmon, or Sassafras woods and the prices seem good to me. I don't have a "hook-up" when it comes to smoking woods so, I'm thinking of ordering some from here. Any comments on their pricing or other...

Overall, I would say it's a good lookin piece of equipment. But, how good would the main oven be at holding in heat and smoking? Are there holes where the gas line comes through to the main chaimber?

Keep a close eye on their progress. When they start installing duct work. There might be enough galvanized aluminum left over to make a decent sized smoke locker. Maybe you could find an empty 5 gal. paint bucket to use as a fire box.
