    Famous daves has some good ones.  But, lately I've been loading up on Two Fat Guys brand.  It's cleaner/purer and tastes great.

     Pulled at 142, wrapped for about 10 minutes.  Super moist!  Sauce was great too.

    First time I've attempted to smoke pork loin.  Doing 2, both 4.5-5lbs.  Planning on 230-ish for approx two hours/internal temp of 140-145, apple wood, pull and wrap it for another 30-60 minutes.  Additionally, I think I'm going to try this sauce with a few alterations...

    First ribs on my WSM

    Thanks for the advice all.  I believe the ones with no foil had more of the stickiness.  The 3-2-1's were preferred by all, so I'll probably be going with that for my next rib smoke. I will have to try the RBP rub though, sounds great. Thanks again everyone.
