    Gary, I ordered an Iron Chef Junior. For the price I feel they are a better investment than the "boxstore" brands. Time will tell. It will be at my house tomorrow and be seasoned tomorrow night. I have already purchased the pork loins that will go in it  Saturday morning

    One Eyed Jack, I ordered the Iron Chef Junior. For the price I couldn't justify the box store ones. It will be here tomorrow so I will season it tomorrow night and be smoking on Saturday.

    Hi all. I just recently started smoking. I borrowed my friends smoker Friday (2/20/15) and ordered my new smoker Sunday. I look forward to enjoying many weekends rolling smoke.
