i was thinking about building a 55 gallon drum smoker,,,,what i am thinking is instead of 1 side box ans 1 chimeny..i was thinking abou \t 1 side box and i chimmeny on each side.....will that help raise the temos to the proper heat and will it stop the need for tuning plates........or maybe 2...
i just bought 2 charmglow remote digital meat thermometers at home depot,,,marked down to 7 dollars from 29.99,,,,,,does anyone have any opinions ,good or bad concerning these thermometers
