Congratulations on your new chicks WHB.
My daughter raises Chickens and Ducks. She lets them free range. Biggest trouble she has are hawks.
Here's a site that has a lot of info on chickens and coops.

Hey Aaron,
I'm wanting a "22" but your an 8 hour round trip.
Any way you would consider shipping, on my dime?
I'm over down east of Morehead / Beaufort.
Understand if it's a no.
Hey Rich,
Never have seen a pork cushion round here. You results look really good.
Thanks for the tip on boneless butt being about the same result.
LIKE!!
One more thought and I'll shut up; Inkbird is a sponsor of our forum and frequently offers substantial discounts on their products. Thermoworks; Not so much.
In general I agree with this approach, however; I have a box full of high priced Thermoworks product, some of which are excellent, some of which are DUDS!!!!
Always high priced, however.
I find the Inkbird much higher value per dollar than the Thermopen.
No complaints against the Thermopen...
Based on your one picture; You are an honorary "Southena", Suh.
I live in shrimp country and yours is as fine a looking bowl of Shrimp & Grits as I've seen.
POINT!!
The ham and the turkey or the ham and the 2 year old?
I should have read all of the posts before entering my little joke. I'd have seen the Nefarious had already used it.
Looking good Steve. I made them with crab, once. The crab flavor got lost. (Hard to do with egg), but there you have it.
Did you cook the crab first? Thought I might try pan searing the crab in butter first. Maybe have better results.
