Only had a fork full of mine as part of the batch frozen and the rest to be reheated tomorrow ribs may be a little chewy as don't think it worked with the slightly higher temp for pulled pork ( and they were scrawny supermarket ones )

... you could always part cook it in normal oven - maybe using the timer to switch it on early based on say slow cooked pork recipie overnight then smoke it next day ....

Hi everyone....
Doing some more Pulled pork in the Slow Cooker and Smoker today - been on since 6.30 and just firing up smoker - going to pop some ribs in smoker as well and try the "2" of the 3-2-1 method in slow cooker too - will post pix/results tomorrow ...
... anyone else cooking this...
Cant freeze these as they were already frozen as I bought them at use by day....

Something that size would need sometime if you're thinking of a slow cookingy it would have to be much bigger than mine - timings for PP are variable due to type of smoker - might be best to post a new thread on this
that's great thank you - due to space limitations ( am smoking other things on Saturday to finish off in oven ) will leave the "2" bit till the Sunday - will let you know how I get on
