    looks like i lost my otbs, as my pm folder will only contain 50 posts. when i came back on, i have 178 pms in my box, ALL of em duplicates. But if i delete all my dups. i will STILL be over my 50 pm allotment. before the crash, i kept about 90-93 pm's in there, of ones i wanted to keep. recipes...

    my bad tip.........i forgot it was a wet brine............yeah, even cowgirl recommends less tenderquick when doing a wet brine...........tried it once, wasn't pleased with it, so now i just do a dry brine once again, my bad

    rich, also suggests letting it sit, after even the dry cure, or the wet cure, to let the salt even out............this may be why yours turned out too salty Tip...........i would be careful, on cutting back on the TQ, it mite not stay good for as long............when i cut off a piece, and fry...

    hmmmmm...........i brine all my butts, so no problem with moisture............are you sure your thermo is accurite, for internal temps? just a thought.........even before i started brining my butts, mine was always moist........but mine ran 7-8 lb range........
