When you put them in the foil, do you mean to put them back on the grill? Sorry, I'm learning the tricks of cooking now. I've played with my grill for while now, but smoking is new and I'm trying to do it as much as possible just to learn my smoker.
I'm going to try to smoke a couple pieces of pork we have here. I'm not sure of the cut because they have been in the freezer for a while and I just don't remember what they are. Together, they are about 3lbs, one is probably near 2lbs and the other just over 1lb. Do I just cook each one for...
Yeah, I'm trying to decide what to do this weekend! I've got a small stack of apple wood and plenty more where it came from, just not sure what to put overtop of it!
I don't have a picture of it, sorry. It all got finished off last night for dinner. I'll get a good picture of the next stuff I do. I do have a question though: How do you all re-heat the left overs? Julie kinda fried them in ginger-ale to keep them moist but warm them up. Worked pretty...

We bought some split chicken breasts at Wal-Mart today to just grill. About 1/2 way through having the charcoal lit, I just decided "What the heck, lets try smoking them!" Well, I didn't have any kinda wood other than some hickory chips we usually just add to the grill for a little extra...

Well, let me first say that this will be my first attempt at smoking. We've had this turkey in the freezer for a while now. I figure if I screw it up we're not out much as it was free to begin with. We've also recently had an old (100yrs+) apple tree break apart and instead of just dragging...
Hello everyone! I'm Terry and I've never smoked anything other than a cheap set of tires... My darling girl friend bought me a Char-Broil American Gourmet Deluxe Offset Smoker for Father's day this year. So far I've been just learning how to use the grill part of this unit. To that point the...
