    Outdoor kitchen........ yeah I got that ! But without a built-in smoker. I just bought a Char Broil Offset and will move it around when in use. In my next life a built-in sounds like a GREAT idea ! Good luck to those who are gonna do that & post pics too Scott

    Yeah looks good, I tried my frst attempt at smoking one rack last Thursday. It stsrted out ok with the temps being where they need to be, but I think I smothered the fire and / or used too many types of fuel. I ws mixing in regular charcoal, lump hardwood charcoal & hickory chunks. the temps...
